Lower temperature to simmer and add all the other ingredients. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant about 1 minute more then add tomato paste stirring to combine. Add to crockpot along with tomato sauce and spices. Add chili powder cayenne pepper chipotle pepper salt and cook stirring until spices begin to stick to the pan.
Add gallo burgundy and cook until liquid is reduced by 1 half.
